Scentsy Story
Hello everyone! 😊
For those who dont know, I joined Scentsy April 2020 as a bit of a new adventure. A big part of some growth training we are doing is sharing our whys publicly. So I thought I would share my “Why? “ with all of you as this is a popular question we all like to ask but also are asked.
“Why did you join scentsy?”
🌟I joined scentsy for strictly myself at first. I saw what I was spending monthly on car frsheners, cleaning, laundry, & smell good products from both scentsy and retail stores in general. This made me go “wait, i can earn 20%+ back off of my own orders? Whatttt” . I was also unemployed at the time so “balling on a budget” was sorta my go to quote and i every cent mattered. That was when I had seen a friend of mine share she had a discounted join kit and that is the only cost wrapped up with becoming a consultant. So i took the leap. I took the leap to start my own small business for basically a personal discount lets say. After a few days i shared my new adventure with some close family and friends, as well as created this group because I wanted to share the products and what i have learned about them with all of those around me. This is when i realized that i could actually grow an audience with this small business. This is when it my “why” changed.
🌟My “why” became so much more than just for myself. My why became “for me and my family”. We also cherish family time more than anything and have the luxury of living within an hour of 90% of our family! My why changed because i realized i could go somewhere with this business. I could meet so many new people that i can relate too and make new friends. I can workout because the “having no time” excuse isnt an option. I have something all to myself and its this business. A huge compliment about scentsy is that even though there are soooo many consultants everywhere, we all have the opportunity to turn our small business into our own and make it unique to us and i love that!
So another “Why” is, “Why have you stuck with it?”
🌟I wouldnt be able to say alot of this if it wasnt for all of you. Why have i stuck with this? For myself my family, and for you. What scentsy has given me is something i want to be able to give to all of you. The friends, the support, the opportunities, the “spoil yourself” shopping sprees, whatever it is. I want to continue to grow my biz and feel this motivation i feel from my supporters, my team, and my goals. I want to be able to work Scentsy and Scentsy only. I want to be able to spend my days running around with my daughter and my dogs WHILE “being on the clock”. I want to be able to take those last minute vacations on a Wednesday because my biz can go with me. I need to continue to grow my business but really i need to continue to grow my circle, myself, my confidence, my goals.
A little bit more about me for those who dont personally know me:💕 Spending time my husband, daughter, dogs & family, snowmobiling, boating, slalom water skiing, being independent, fishing, jeeps, almost anything outdoors lol, binge watching netflix series, traveling to wisconsin mostly but other places too, meeting new people & face to face conversations💕
